Service Description

This two-day, face-to-face Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) workshop in Launceston, Tasmania is delivered by Angela Garvey, Registered Counsellor and Mental Health Professional. The interactive training equips participants with practical skills to recognise when someone may be struggling with their mental health, start supportive conversations, and respond appropriately if a colleague, friend, or family member is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
