Service Description

The Blended Online Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course is delivered by Angela Garvey, Registered Counsellor and Mental Health Professional. This course combines self-paced online learning with a live instructor-led workshop, equipping participants with practical skills to recognise when someone may be struggling with their mental health, start supportive conversations, and respond appropriately if a colleague, friend, or family member is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
